Key Responsibilities

• Liaising with NMRA, NMQAL, and other regulatory authorities

• Coordinating with overseas Principals

• Obtaining and renewing NMRA approvals

• Managing regulatory documentation and submissions

• Ensuring full regulatory compliance with pharmaceutical standards

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor of Pharmacy or Diploma in Apprentice Pharmacists

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in the regulatory/pharmacy field

• Previous experience working with NMRA is an added advantage

• Candidates below 35 years are preferred

• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills

• Excellent MS Office and IT proficiency

• Fluency in written and spoken English

• Ability to work under pressure in a highly networked role

• Strong attention to detail with documentation skills

Master Pharmaceutical Compliance and Global Liaison

In this vital role, you will act as the primary bridge between our organization, overseas principals, and local governing bodies like the NMRA and NMQAL. You will take full ownership of the regulatory lifecycle, from initial submissions and documentation management to the successful renewal of pharmaceutical approvals. By ensuring 100% compliance with industry standards and utilizing your strong negotiation skills to navigate regulatory hurdles, you will play a critical part in the operational success and market presence of the company.
