Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment of blue-collar and security personnel across multiple locations

  • Source, screen, interview, and select suitable candidates in line with operational requirements.

  • Develop and implement structured onboarding and training programs for security staff.

  • Ensure compliance with company standards, legal requirements, and industry best practices.

  • Coordinate with operations teams to meet manpower demands on time.

  • Maintain accurate recruitment and training records.

  • Continuously improve recruitment strategies to attract and retain quality security personnel.

The ideal Candidate should should possess

  • Retired Army Forces personnel are strongly encouraged to apply.

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in recruiting blue-collar workers and/or security staff.

  • Proven experience in training and onboarding security personnel.

  • Strong understanding of labor laws and security industry practices.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills.

  • Ability to work independently and handle high-volume recruitment.

  • Experience in the security services industry will be a strong advantage.


Master Workforce Resilience and Strategic Training

In this specialized capacity, you will take full ownership of the talent pipeline, managing the end-to-end lifecycle of our security force. Your daily focus involves translating operational manpower demands into successful recruitment drives, specifically targeting the blue-collar sector across multiple geographical locations. By designing and executing structured training modules, you will bridge the gap between candidate potential and professional readiness, ensuring all staff meet rigorous industry compliance and company standards. You will act as a strategic partner to the operations team, maintaining meticulous records and evolving our attraction strategies to secure the most disciplined talent in the market.
