About the Job
• To ensure the record of all customers’ orders & transactions through Micros Symphony.
• To maintain accurate cash floats at all times ensuring efficient billing.
• To meet and greet guests professionally and efficiently according to company standards.
• To present menus and wine lists to the guest and open suggestions.
• To ensure that the station is always stocked and tidy, ensuring efficient service.
• To take orders with an up-selling technique.
• To ensure that any matters relevant to guest satisfaction are communicated appropriately, allow for corrective measures to be taken.
• To ensure that tables are consistently cleared re-set according to reservation plans.
• To ensure that guests receive bills promptly and accurately.
