Job description – Receptionist/ Administrator

**Receptionist/ Administrator – Dubai**
• *1000 – 1500 AED per month**
• *Must be residing in the UAE**
– Assist with Front of House duties
– Providing extensive administrative support
– Completing forms and assisting with licence renewals
– Collating presentations / reports
– Booking and arranging meeting rooms
– Filing management
– Prepare, edit and proofread documentation
– General administr
ation and day-to-day duties
• *YOU ARE**

To be successful in this role you must exhibit a high level of resourcefulness in a fast-paced environment, and it is essential you have admin experience. You must have strong administration skills and be comfortable liaising with people of all seniority levels.
• *SKILLS**
– Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
– Highly proficient in analytical, written and verbal communications
– Team player
– Excellent organizational skills
– Be discreet with confidential information
– Personable, loyal, professional
• *Requirements**:

– 1+ year experience
– Experience working in a Finance, Legal or Professional Services
– Essential you live in UAE- applicants outside of this region cannot be considered
– The role is based in Dubai
