Job Summary

We’re looking for a high-energy, people-first Real Estate Partnerships Associate with a background in real estate sales or leasing, who’s ready to pivot into the exciting world of startups. You’ll be at the frontlines of our Real Estate Agent & Agency Partnerships, helping onboard brokers and firms to use Rentify as a tool to service their rental listings.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and build relationships with real estate agents and brokerage firms across Dubai
• Pitch the Rentify platform to agents as a powerful solution to offer monthly rent payments, rewards, and digital contracts for their clients
• Onboard new agent partners and guide them through product use
• Work with the product and operations teams to relay field feedback and improve the agent experience
• Support in organizing outreach campaigns, open-house activations, and training sessions for brokerage teams
• Maintain CRM records, partnership progress, and performance tracking

Qualifications and Requirements
• Mandatory: Previous experience in Dubai real estate (sales or leasing)
• Passionate about proptech, fintech, and reshaping the real estate experience
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong relationship-building skills with a positive, go-getter attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• UAE driving license is a plus
