About the Job

We are hiring a Quantity Surveyor to help manage construction costs, budgets, and materials. Your job is to keep the project within budget while ensuring quality.

What You Will Do

• Prepare cost estimates and bills of quantities (BOQs)

• Study project drawings and plan budgets

• Check site progress and confirm quantities

• Talk to contractors and suppliers for pricing

• Help with tenders and contract documents

• Give cost updates and reports to the team

• Make sure everything follows rules and regulations

What You Need

• At least 5 years of experience in construction

• Good with Excel and QS software (like CostX)

• Understand contracts (ICTAD/FIDIC)

• Strong math and problem-solving skills

• Professional certification (IQSSL or RICS) is a plus
