Job Purpose

The Quality Associate (Pharmaceutical) will support the ongoing implementation and monitoring of the company’s Quality Management System. This role ensures that all activities align with Good Practices (GxP) and health authority requirements, while also assisting in compliance, deviation handling, and process improvements that impact quality-related functions.


Key Duties

  • Support the execution and oversight of the company’s local Quality System.

  • Ensure activities meet GxP standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Assist in managing deviations, CAPAs, and change control processes.

  • Review and implement global quality documentation into local procedures.

  • Oversee quality compliance within the distribution network and external partners.

  • Maintain valid and documented quality agreements with key stakeholders.

  • Participate in GMP and GDP-related compliance activities.

  • Support audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.


Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or an equivalent qualification.

  • Previous experience working with GMP, GDP, and Quality Management Systems.

  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical quality regulations.

  • Fluency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken).

  • Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and strong organizational skills.
