Job Summary:

We are looking for someone to manage our inventory and supplies. You will keep track of what we have in stock, place orders when needed, and make sure everything runs smoothly in the kitchen.

What You’ll Do:

• Check stock levels and order supplies when running low

• Keep records of deliveries and shipments

• Make sure we have enough products to meet customer demand

• Use Excel and other tools to track and report inventory

• Work with suppliers to get the best deals

• Support the kitchen and warehouse teams

• Report any stock issues to management

• Follow hygiene and safety standards

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 2 years of experience in inventory or stock control (preferably in food, hotel, or restaurant industry)

• Good at using Excel and Microsoft Office

• Strong attention to detail

• Can create accurate inventory reports

• Good communication skills in English

• Must be currently living in Qatar

• Knowledge of food safety (HACCP/ISO) is a big plus

• Organized, reliable, and a team player
