Project Coordination Specialist
About this role:
• Coordinate project functions with support teams.
• Manage project documentation and administrative tasks efficiently.
• Assist managers in daily operations and provide general project support.
• Prepare and submit timely tenders and quotations.
• Maintain correspondence and coordinate between departments.
• Compile data for tender submission and prepare purchase orders.
• Coordinate material delivery with procurement and logistics teams.
• Submit invoices and obtain required approvals.
• Ensure accurate data entry using Microsoft Excel.
• Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to company policies.
Responsibilities
Occupational and Workplace Health and Safety:
Adhere to health, safety, and environmental policies, procedures, practices, and regulations. Stay updated on policy changes and maintain compliance.
Information Security:
• Comply with security policies and best practices.
• Be aware of individual information security responsibilities.
• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive company information.
• Report security incidents promptly.
• Use authorized software and protect access accounts.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a relevant field.
• Min 4 years’ experience in project coordination.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
