What You’ll Be Learning & Doing

(Agile Delivery | Azure DevOps | Cross-functional Coordination | Product Planning Support | Release & Risk Tracking | Process Improvement | Remote Team Collaboration | Capacity Tracking | Business Analysis Basics | Backlog & Stakeholder Support | Metrics & Reporting)

  • Support project planning, sprint activities, and coordination across design, dev, and QA

  • Assist in updating and structuring Azure DevOps (or similar tools) to keep workflows organized

  • Help maintain timelines, documentation, and delivery checkpoints

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep work aligned and moving smoothly

  • Learn to identify risks, blockers, and dependencies – and escalate them proactively

  • Prepare brief progress updates and support stakeholder communication

  • Contribute to ensuring product releases stay aligned with priorities and quality expectations

Who You Are

  • A student or recent graduate in IT/Software Engineering, or a related field

  • Someone who is eager to learn how real-world digital product delivery works

  • Interested in Agile or hybrid project management methodologies

  • A clear and organized communicator – both in writing and in online meetings

  • Comfortable working with remote teams and managing tasks with structure

  • Familiar with tools like Azure DevOps, or similar (added advantage but not mandatory)

  • Proactive, reliable, and ready to take initiative under guidance

  • A team player with a strong desire to grow into a full-fledged Project Manager
