About the Job

As a Project Consultant, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, guiding them from the initial inquiry through site visits, design coordination, concept presentation, and final conversion into construction. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the client experience and bringing bespoke luxury homes and high-end commercial projects to life. This is a high-visibility position with significant impact and clear potential for career advancement.

Key Responsibilities

Field Operations & Coordination

• Site Management: Conduct frequent site visits and manage on-site coordination within active construction environments.

• Technical Assessments: Perform physically demanding tasks, including detailed site measurements, level checks, and inspections.

• Mobility: Travel across various project locations as needed and manage multiple site environments in outdoor conditions.

Client Lifecycle & Sales

• Consultation: Respond to new leads and conduct initial meetings to define project scope, budget, and timelines.

• Design Briefing: Translate client discussions and site data into clear design briefs, coordinating with the design team to ensure alignment with site constraints and budgets.

• Presentations: Lead in-person meetings to present design concepts, address feedback, and successfully convert prospects into the design stage.

• Contract Conversion: Coordinate with the estimation team to finalize pricing, explain costs to clients, and convert approved designs into formal construction contracts.

Account Management

• Primary Liaison: Act as the single point of contact throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring seamless communication between internal teams and the client.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Project Management, Civil Engineering, or NDT / HNDE / NVQ in Civil Engineering.

• Technical Skills: Strong computer literacy with CAD knowledge; ability to interpret architectural and construction drawings.

• Field Proficiency: Ability to carry out precise site measurements and level checks using an auto level.

• Experience: Minimum 5–10 years in construction, design & build, or a closely related field.

• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills, with high confidence in client-facing presentations.

• Attributes: High level of ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
