What you will do :
– Ability to learn and adopt customer standards within their ecosystem.
– Direct experience with large scale Access Control and Video Surveillance system required. CCure or similar certification preferred.
– Ability to travel internationally and work remotely with multiple countries, cultures and time zones.
– Strategic communicator with strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical issues to non-technical audiences.
– Maintain a regular cadence of monthly program reviews to stakeholders.
– Anticipates obstacles that may interfere with success and adjusts efforts and approaches to meet goals and deadlines.
– Strong business acumen and ability to digest and navigate complex business issues.
– Capable at effectively prioritizing and executing tasks in a high-pressure environment.
– Ability to lead, influence and resolve conflict without direct authority (up, down and across the organization).
– Operate with a natural sense of urgency and a risk management mindset.
What we look for :
– 10 years of experience in the Electronic Security industry with a minimum of 5 years in project or program management. PMP or CSPM Certification preferred.
– 3-5 years exposure to data centers/colocation and infrastructure of same.
– Proficient with project management software tools and concepts – comfortable with Gantt charts, project schedules and change control.
– Clear understanding of the ACS/VMS deployment process from start to finish.
– Willing to travel
