Key Duties

As a Pre Commissioning Manager, you will be responsible for directing and executing commissioning activities on a large-scale offshore oil and gas production project. This role requires leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to safety and operational excellence. Core duties include:

• Overseeing the full commissioning execution plan, ensuring compliance with company safety policies and industry standards.

• Leading and supervising commissioning teams, including staff selection, role assignment, and performance management.

• Coordinating with project stakeholders to align commissioning activities with project timelines and objectives.

• Supporting evaluation, optimization, and troubleshooting of well completion and production processes.

• Ensuring accurate documentation and reporting throughout commissioning phases.

• Utilizing MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) for reporting and planning.

• Upholding health, safety, and environmental standards across all project stages.

Requirements

Candidates should demonstrate strong leadership and technical skills, with the ability to manage complex commissioning projects.

• Proven experience in commissioning management within offshore oil and gas projects.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for stakeholder coordination.

• Physical ability to perform essential duties (lifting, traversing stairs, fieldwork requirements).

• Ability to pass mandatory medical fitness and safety certifications (Fit for Duty, HUET/METS for offshore assignments).

• Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to both lead and support team members effectively.
