You should ideally:

• possess at least 7 years of executive experience in the banking/finance field with exposure to handling high networth clients

• possess a degree or full professional qualification acceptable to the Bank

• possess a pleasing, confident and outgoing personality

• have strong communication skills in English

You will be mainly responsible for:

• managing and growing the high networth client portfolio of the Pinnacle Centre, maximizing revenue opportunities through cross selling and increasing profitability. You will also be responsible for identifying client needs, managing interactions with existing and future customers whilst ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.

Master High-Net-Worth Portfolio Growth and Client Experience

In this senior position, you will be the primary steward of our most exclusive client relationships at the Pinnacle Centre. Your daily focus involves the strategic management and expansion of a high-net-worth (HNW) portfolio, where you will act as a trusted advisor to identify and fulfill complex financial needs. By leveraging your deep industry expertise to drive revenue through cross-selling and portfolio optimization, you will ensure long-term profitability and elite levels of customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for representing the bank’s premium service standards, ensuring every interaction reinforces the prestige and reliability that our Pinnacle clients expect.
