Role Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Colombo, requiring the effective management of daily tasks, executive scheduling, and professional communication to ensure seamless business operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Calendar Management: Oversee complex schedules, including appointments, high-level meetings, and travel arrangements.

  • Documentation: Efficiently handle correspondence, manage emails, and prepare professional documentation.

  • Communication: Coordinate internal and external communications, acting as a primary point of contact when required.

  • Administrative Support: Assist with the creation of reports, presentations, and other essential administrative tasks.

  • Operational Follow-up: Maintain accurate records and ensure all action items and follow-ups are completed in a timely manner.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: Proven experience in an administrative or Personal Assistant role, ideally within a corporate environment.

  • Organizational Mastery: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively under pressure.

  • Technical Proficiency: High level of competence in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

  • Precision: High attention to detail combined with strong problem-solving capabilities.

  • Professionalism: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
