We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who understands how to transform advertising into tangible revenue. This role is dedicated to driving measurable growth for our e-commerce brands through data-driven advertising and high-impact performance strategies.
The Role
You will manage and optimize paid campaigns across multiple platforms while constantly testing, analyzing, and scaling results. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of the full digital marketing funnel and knows exactly how to convert traffic into sales.
Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution: Plan and execute paid advertising across Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

Optimization & Scaling: Manage day-to-day performance, including budget allocation, bid optimization, and scaling winning campaigns.

Strategy Development: Create performance marketing roadmaps focused on increasing e-commerce sales and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

Data Analysis: Analyze campaign data to identify actionable insights, market trends, and new growth opportunities.

Funnel Management: Execute advanced audience targeting, retargeting, and conversion funnel optimization strategies.

Creative Collaboration: Work closely with creative and content teams to develop high-converting ad assets.

Testing & Reporting: Run continuous A/B tests across ads and landing pages; track and report on key metrics such as CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.

Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in digital marketing with a heavy focus on paid advertising and performance marketing.

Platform Expertise: Proven experience managing Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

E-commerce Knowledge: Strong understanding of e-commerce marketing, conversion-focused campaigns, and scaling budgets for online stores.

Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of tracking tools, pixels, Conversion APIs (CAPI), and analytics platforms.

SEO & Organic: Knowledge of SEO, including keyword research and on-page optimization to improve organic visibility.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Business Administration is preferred.

Certifications: Professional certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or SEO are considered a strong advantage.
