Job Description

1.Arrive at the restaurant to prepare for event departure.

2. Pack all necessary catering items (dishes, cutlery, napkins, etc.).

3. Count inventory together with the manager.

4. Transport inventory to the event location.

5. Serve guests at the event: serve food and drinks, maintain table order.

6. Return to the restaurant after the event and hand back all equipment.

Key Responsibilities

Experience as a waiter/waitress: minimum 2 years, with excellent knowledge of service standards and the ability to communicate quickly and politely with guests.
• English language skills: fluent conversational level for communication with managers and guests at events.
• Physical stamina: ability to work on your feet for extended periods and handle packing and transporting equipment.
• Responsibility and attention to detail: ability to accurately count and manage inventory, ensuring equipment safety.
• Team spirit: ability to work smoothly with managers and other staff during events.
• Flexible schedule: availability to work on weekends and evenings, as events often take place outside regular working hours.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED250.00 – AED300.00 per day
