Job description – Optical Store Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our optical retail store in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in the eyewear/optical industry, strong leadership abilities, and excellent customer service skills. Fluency in Hindi is required to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the daily operations of the eyewear retail store.
• Manage and lead the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and a premium shopping experience.
• Monitor inventory levels, product displays, and stock replenishment.
• Train and motivate staff on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support.
• Prepare sales reports and provide insights to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and visual merchandising guidelines.

Requirements:
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Store Manager in the eyewear/optical retail industry.
• Strong knowledge of eyewear brands, optical lenses, and related products.
• Fluency in Hindi (English/Arabic is a plus).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to multitask, manage staff schedules, and handle operations efficiently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to AED6,000.00 per month
