Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Operations Manager with expertise in the perfume and cosmetics sector to lead and develop Taif Group’s operations in Lebanon. This individual will be responsible for managing and developing operations, as well as improving efficiency and effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and develop Taif Group’s operations in Lebanon in the perfume and cosmetics sector
• Improve efficiency and effectiveness in operations
• Manage the operations team and achieve goals
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operations
• Work closely with senior management to develop and implement company strategies
• Manage the budget and human and financial resources for operations
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management in the perfume and cosmetics sector
• Good knowledge of perfume and cosmetics products
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and achieve results in a fast-paced environment
• Strong network in the perfume and cosmetics industry in Lebanon
