Key Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant

• Strong functional understanding of Odoo Accounting module

• Experience working with other Odoo modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, CRM, HR, etc.

• Experience in requirement gathering, business process analysis, and solution mapping

• Ability to prepare functional documentation (BRD / FRD)

• Experience supporting ERP implementations, UAT, and user training

• Good communication and client interaction skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, IT, Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• ACCA / CIMA / CA (partially or fully qualified) will be an added advantage

• Odoo certification is a plus

Master ERP Implementation and Financial Mapping

In this pivotal role, you will act as the primary liaison between client business needs and the Odoo ERP environment, with a specialized focus on the Accounting module. Your mission involves leading the end-to-end implementation lifecycle—from initial requirement gathering and business process analysis to final solution mapping. You will be responsible for creating comprehensive functional documentation (BRD/FRD) and ensuring a seamless transition for users through structured UAT and training sessions. By integrating modules like Sales, CRM, and Inventory into a cohesive financial framework, you will ensure our clients leverage the full power of Odoo to reach their strategic goals.
