Key Duties

As a Mortgage Sales Officer in the Islamic Banking division, you will be responsible for:

  • Driving mortgage sales by meeting or surpassing assigned sales targets.

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, real estate brokers, and market partners.

  • Actively participating in promotional campaigns, roadshows, and client meetings to generate new opportunities.

  • Ensuring customer applications and documentation are accurate, complete, and fully compliant with FAB policies.

  • Identifying cross-selling opportunities and guiding customers toward suitable banking solutions.

  • Preparing daily MIS and performance reports for review by management.

  • Handling customer concerns with professionalism and escalating major issues when required.

  • Staying informed about competitor products and market trends to support product enhancements.

  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders and branches to ensure smooth service delivery.

  • Maintaining strict adherence to FAB’s Code of Conduct and compliance standards.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; additional sales certifications are an advantage.

  • 3–5 years of proven sales experience in mortgages or financial services.

  • Knowledge of Islamic banking products and principles.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; bilingual ability is a plus.

  • Demonstrated ability to build long-term relationships with clients and partners.

  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure to meet targets.
