As a Membership Sales Agent, you will be the ambassador of these offerings, creating lasting relationships with members and driving the growth of our exclusive club community. What will I be doing? As Membership Sales Agent, you will: Actively promote and sell membership packages for the hotel s Recreation & Leisure facilities, including fitness, spa, and wellness services. Handle membership inquiries, provide tours of facilities, and explain benefits to potential members. Achieve sales targets by building strong relationships with new and existing members. Support retention efforts by ensuring personalized follow-up and consistent engagement with members. Maintain accurate membership records, contracts, and payment documentation. Assist with the planning and execution of member events, promotions, and marketing initiatives. Collaborate with Recreation, Spa, and F&B teams to cross-sell services and enhance member experiences. Respond to member requests and feedback with professionalism and efficiency. Stay up to date with market trends and competitor offerings to support sales strategies. Perform additional tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the Recreation & Leisure department. What are we looking for? The ideal candidate will have: Previous experience in sales, ideally within hospitality, recreation, or wellness environments. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage). A proactive sales-driven mindset with the ability to achieve and exceed targets. Excellent organizational and administrative skills. A polished, professional appearance and a passion for delivering luxury service. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
