Key Duties

As a Medical Receptionist / Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting both the administrative and clinical sides of the clinic. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming and assisting patients with professionalism and care.

• Handling reception tasks such as phone calls, scheduling, and responding to inquiries.

• Registering patients, verifying documents, and maintaining updated records.

• Assisting medical staff with basic patient care and clinical support as needed.

• Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth patient flow.

• Upholding cleanliness, safety, and infection control procedures.

• Managing sensitive information with strict confidentiality.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

• Certification as a Medical Receptionist / Healthcare Assistant (recognized qualification preferred).

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a healthcare setting.

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of medical software is an advantage.

• Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.

• Fluency in English and Tagalog.

• Professional, detail-oriented, and compassionate approach to patient care.

• Must be available to join immediately.
