Job description – Medical Lab manager
• Assist in Licensing, setup, and accreditation of the medical lab.
• Develop and implement laboratory operational policies and procedures effectively and efficiently.
• Supervise and manage the laboratory staff, including their performance and development.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations strictly adhered to.
• Oversee the maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of all laboratory equipment regularly.
• Manage the laboratory’s budget, overseeing expenditures and resource allocation prudently.
• Maintain inventory of laboratory supplies, ensuring timely ordering and restocking consistently.
