Job Overview

MENA WATER FZC is seeking a skilled Mechanical Supervisor – Water Treatment to lead and coordinate the mechanical operations of our projects. The ideal candidate will oversee the installation, maintenance, and operation of water treatment equipment, ensuring all works are executed according to technical specifications, safety standards, and client expectations.

Key Duties

• Supervise and guide the mechanical team, coordinating workflows and providing technical support to ensure timely and high-quality project completion.

• Monitor team performance and actively assist in task execution when necessary.

• Review technical drawings and specifications to ensure installation and operations meet project requirements.

• Prepare specifications for procurement of materials, tools, and equipment.

• Oversee project progress, ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines, and quality standards.

• Conduct site inspections, installation supervision, pre-commissioning, and plant implementation.

• Provide training and guidance to team members on technical procedures and operational standards.

• Maintain accurate documentation and prepare regular progress reports for the Installation Manager.

• Handle client interactions, addressing concerns and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering.

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in the water treatment sector. GCC experience preferred.

• Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.

• Valid UAE driving license.

• Strong knowledge of mechanical equipment, tools, fabrication, welding, fitting, assembly, and maintenance.

• Experience with water treatment machinery and plant operations.

• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

• Attention to detail and familiarity with documentation processes.

• Ability to supervise, train, and motivate a technical team effectively.
