Job Role:

Lead the overall marketing strategy for our dairy brands, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Develop and execute impactful campaigns that enhance brand visibility, consumer engagement and market share.

Drive innovation in product positioning, communications, and promotional initiatives to stay ahead in a competitive FMCG landscape.

Oversee brand management, ensuring consistency and excellence across all marketing platforms and touchpoints.

Leverage consumer research, market data, and category insights to anticipate trends, understand consumer behavior, and identify growth opportunities.

Translate consumer and market insights into actionable strategies that deliver sustainable growth.

Partner with cross-functional teams—including production, sales, supply chain and NPD—to bring integrated solutions to market.

Spearhead integrated marketing initiatives across digital, social media, and offline channels to deliver impactful brand-building experiences.

Manage external partnerships with advertising agencies, media houses, research firms, and distributors to maximize brand reach and effectiveness.

Track performance metrics, analyze ROI, and present insights to continuously refine marketing initiatives.

Leverage data analytics and marketing technology to enhance campaign effectiveness and decision-making.

Lead, mentor and inspire a high-performing marketing team.

Carry out any other projects or responsibilities assigned by Management.
Candidate Requirements:

Anyone passionate about Sri Lanka; you’re committed to making a positive impact for our Country and people.

Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, professional qualification such as CIM is an added advantage.

Minimum of 7 years’ progressive marketing experience in FMCG. (Dairy sector is a plus )

Proven ability to lead brand-building initiatives with creativity, innovation, and strategic vision.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate consumer research, category insights, and market data into actionable strategies.

Hands-on experience using marketing analytics tools and digital marketing technologies to drive data-led decisions.

Proven track record in managing and collaborating with advertising agencies, research firms, media partners, and other external stakeholders.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functional teams.
