Job Overview
The Maintenance Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel’s engineering and facilities services. Key responsibilities include managing engineering administration, facilities management, preventive maintenance, and coordinating with corporate engineering teams.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel management, previous experience in the industry, and excellent communication skills. Fluency in English is required, and additional languages are an asset.
A positive ‘can do’ attitude and the ability to work within a team environment are essential for this role. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining Mövenpick standards of quality and service across all departments, as well as implementing best business practices to improve efficiency and reduce operating costs.
