Key Duties

As a Logistic Manager specializing in circular and sustainable operations, you will oversee logistics processes with a focus on reusable packaging and food ware for events. Your core responsibilities include:

• Managing the end-to-end logistics cycle, including pick-up, drop-off, and return of reusable materials.

• Coordinating with event organizers, caterers, and venue partners to align logistics with operational needs.

• Developing and implementing strategies for quick turnaround during multi-day or high-demand events.

• Optimizing transportation routes and schedules to reduce costs while maintaining efficiency.

• Using logistics software to track deliveries, manage inventory, and monitor fleet operations.

• Supervising suppliers and vendors to ensure service reliability and timely performance.

• Leading reverse logistics flows and implementing sustainability-focused processes to reduce waste.

• Preparing contingency strategies for last-minute operational changes or emergency situations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management.

• Strong problem-solving, planning, and analytical abilities.

• Familiarity with digital logistics tools and process optimization methods.
