Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Learning & Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will support the design, implementation, and evaluation of training programs aimed at enhancing employee performance and driving organizational effectiveness. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive professional to shape the skills and careers of our diverse workforce.
Key Responsibilities

Needs Assessment: Identify training requirements through detailed job analysis, performance appraisals, and regular consultation with management.

Program Delivery: Design and facilitate engaging training sessions for both front-line and back-office staff.

Onboarding: Coordinate comprehensive induction programs to ensure new hires are seamlessly integrated into the Bellagio culture.

Content Creation: Develop high-quality training materials, manuals, and interactive e-learning content.

Impact Evaluation: Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training initiatives, using data to drive continuous improvement.

Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with department heads to ensure all learning activities align with overarching business objectives.

Administration: Maintain accurate training records, prepare performance reports, and support succession planning initiatives.
Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Learning & Development or a generalist HR role.

Communication: Strong presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office; hands-on experience with HRIS or Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a distinct advantage.

Core Competencies: Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
