Role Overview
We are seeking an energetic and creative Learning & Development Coordinator to join our vibrant People & Culture team in Kandy. We look beyond the resume for individuals with character, talent, and a genuine passion for developing others. In this role, you will bring a solution-oriented mindset to enhance team member learning experiences, contributing to both individual growth and organizational excellence.
Key Responsibilities

Operational Support: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the L&D function, ensuring all training activities are planned and delivered to the highest professional standards.

Capability Building: Collaborate with various departments to enhance service excellence and promote a culture of continuous learning.

Program Coordination: Take ownership of organizing training schedules, maintaining accurate learning records, and ensuring timely execution of development activities.

Strategic Alignment: Contribute to hotel-wide learning initiatives and ensure compliance with global brand standards and development targets.

Needs Analysis: Work closely with department heads to identify skill gaps and support performance improvement through structured interventions.

Cultural Ambassadorship: Build strong relationships across the hotel while championing Radisson’s values and commitment to employee growth.

Compliance & Audit: Maintain all training documentation and compliance records in line with legislation and audit requirements.
Qualifications

Education: Professional qualification from a recognized Hotel School or Hospitality Management institute.

Experience: Foundational experience in HR or Learning & Development within the hospitality sector is a distinct advantage.

Attributes: A proactive, hands-on work style with a consistently positive attitude.

Skills: Ability to identify training needs and implement practical, effective learning solutions.
