Job description – Lead Primary Teacher

Primary Education Professional

We are seeking an experienced educator to lead a stimulating learning environment for students. As a teacher, you will be responsible for creating engaging lessons that cater to the needs of our diverse student body.
• Design and implement lesson plans tailored to individual students’ needs
• Develop personalized learning strategies to support academic growth
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that fosters creativity and collaboration
• Keep accurate records of student progress and provide regular feedback to parents
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum programs that meet students’ needs
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field
• Teaching qualification such as PGCE or PGDE
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a primary school setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
