Job description – Lead Business Analyst

Skill in modeling and the ability to represent requirements information in graphical forms that augment textual representations in natural language including using modeling languages already established in the development organization.

Strong organization and time management skills with attention to detail.

Strong customer service skills required.

Must possess excellent listening and interpersonal skills, including the ability to understand and detect non-verbalized questions and concerns. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in both technical and user-friendly language.

Ability to understand, interpret, and communicate policies and procedures to staff.

Ability to lead, manage, and train others; ability to objectively review, evaluate, and document the performance of employees.

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with personnel at all levels of the organization in order to obtain, analyze, and discuss business processes and solutions. Ability to provide excellent customer service.

Ability to quickly analyze and understand written documents as they apply to the customer’s business.

Ability to work with large amounts of information, organize, multitask, and reprioritize as situations change.
