About the Opportunity

ALEC Technologies, a specialized division of the award-winning ALEC Engineering and Contracting L.L.C., is building a talent pipeline for upcoming high-profile projects in the UAE. We are looking for Junior Audiovisual Engineers with 2–3 years of experience who are ready to elevate their technical expertise.

This role offers the chance to work on some of the world’s most iconic developments, supporting the installation and commissioning of advanced AV systems in a dynamic, large-scale environment.

Your Role

As a Junior AV Engineer, you will work alongside senior technical teams to deliver end-to-end multimedia solutions. Key responsibilities include:

• Installation & Setup: Assist in the physical installation of displays, projectors, speakers, and equipment racks.

• System Commissioning: Support the configuration and basic programming of AV devices and control systems under expert supervision.

• Cabling & Routing: Execute structured cabling and AV signal routing according to project specifications.

• Technical Support: Perform system testing and troubleshooting during the installation and commissioning phases.

• Documentation: Accurately interpret AV schematics, technical drawings, and installation guidelines to ensure precise execution.

• Quality Control: Ensure all on-site work meets rigorous safety, quality, and project-specific standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Audio-Visual Technology, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience: 2–3 years in AV installation or engineering support roles.

• Technical Knowledge: A solid grasp of AV signal flow, structured cabling, and general system layouts.

• Analytical Skills: The ability to read technical drawings and a proactive approach to troubleshooting.

• Drive: A strong willingness to learn complex control systems and modern commissioning processes.
