Job description – Junior Analyst – Policy & Procedures
Junior Position in Policies and Procedure Team Overview The junior position in the Policies and Procedure team is a six-month temporary role responsible for consolidating group financial; governance documents, standardizing templates, and developing a repository.
The primary purpose of this position is to ensure that the organization’s policies and procedures are documented, accessible, and consistent across all departments.
This position is part of the stabilization of the Center of Excellence, as not all Group Companies currently have a dedicated Policies and Procedure team.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Consolidating Group Process Catalogue
• Research and Documentation: Gather existing processes from various departments and document them comprehensively.
• Coordination: Work with department heads and team leads to ensure accurate and complete process documentation.
• Compilation: Compile the documented processes into a cohesive group process catalogue. Standardizing Templates
• Template Review: Review existing templates used across the organization for consistency and effectiveness.
• Implementation: Ensure that the standard/unified templates are implemented and adopted across all GCs.
Developing a Repository
• Repository Design: Design a centralized repository for storing policies, procedures, and templates.
• Technology Integration: Collaborate with the IT department to select and integrate appropriate technology for the repository.
• Data Migration: Migrate existing documents and templates into the new repository.
• Access Control: Ensure that the repository has appropriate access controls to maintain data security and integrity. Qualifications
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Basic knowledge of policy and procedure development.
