Job description – IT Lecturer

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Computer Lecturer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science and education, with the ability to engage and inspire students in learning.

Work Location : Ajman

Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver computer science lessons in accordance with the curriculum.
• Teach students fundamental computer skills, including programming languages, software applications, and digital literacy.
• Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning and development.
• Utilize innovative teaching methods, technologies, and resources to enhance the learning experience.
• Incorporate real-world examples and practical exercises to reinforce concepts and skills.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and curriculum enhancements.
• Foster a culture of critical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity among students.
• Stay informed about advancements in computer science education and integrate relevant updates into lesson plans.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance assessments.
• Participate in professional development activities and ongoing training to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
• Communicate regularly with students, parents, and colleagues to address concerns and provide updates on student progress.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, in computer science.
• PHD or Masters degree in Computer Science, Education, or a related field.
• Strong Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++.
• Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
• Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
