Job Title: IT Administrator

Location: Bangalore North Rural, Karnataka, India, Office-based (Full-time)


About the Job:

We are looking for an IT Administrator to manage our office’s computers, network, and tech systems. You will help keep everything running smoothly, fix tech issues, and make sure our systems are safe and up to date.


What You’ll Do:

  • Set up and manage computers, internet, and servers

  • Help employees with tech problems

  • Keep data and systems secure

  • Install and update software and equipment

  • Talk to vendors for IT services and repairs

  • Keep track of IT equipment and support remote work

  • Make sure data backups are working

  • Keep records and write simple reports


What You Need:

  • A degree in IT, Computer Science, or similar

  • 3+ years of experience in IT support or administration

  • Good knowledge of Windows, Mac, and Linux

  • Experience with networks, VPNs, firewalls, and cloud services

  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills


Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Google Workspace or Office 365

  • Worked in an office IT setup before
