Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate ERP (Odoo) implementation activities between technical and business teams

• Assist in project tracking, follow-ups, and task coordination

• Prepare, organize, and maintain technical and project documentation

• Support the preparation of ERP training materials and coordinate training sessions

• Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and requirement gathering

• Assist in preparing SLA documents, reports, and other project-related administrative tasks

• Ensure timely follow-up on assigned action items and deliverables

Requirements:

• Undergraduate or recent graduate in IT, Information Systems, Management or a related field

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Good organizational and documentation abilities

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up proactively

• Basic understanding of ERP systems (Odoo knowledge will be an added advantage)
