Position Overview

We are seeking motivated School Leavers and Undergraduates to transform academic material into engaging, interactive learning experiences for O/L and A/L students using AI technology.

Please Note: This is not a marketing role. This position is strictly centered on instructional design and educational innovation. Comprehensive training on AI-driven instructional design tools and methodologies will be provided to all successful candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Module Development: Convert syllabus concepts into interactive modules, scenarios, and adaptive study paths.

• AI Resource Creation: Utilize AI tools to build diverse educational resources, including quizzes, case studies, and guided exploration tools.

• Content Simplification: Break down complex theories into interactive, step-by-step learning journeys for students.

• Continuous Innovation: Stay updated on emerging AI trends to continuously refine and improve our educational methodologies.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Academic Background: Strong academic performance in either the Science or Commerce streams (A/L or O/L, National or Edexcel).

• Current Status: Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree or a recent school leaver.

• Tech-Savvy Mindset: A genuine passion for leveraging technology to enhance student learning and engagement.

• Design Thinking: Ability to visualize user interactions and iteratively improve content based on learning outcomes.

• Language Skills: Exceptional English proficiency with a strong knack for simplifying complex subject matter.
