Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, ensuring a smooth experience for new hires.

• Handle monthly payroll processing, including EPF, ETF, and PAYE compliance.

• Oversee HR operations and ensure strict adherence to Sri Lankan labor laws.

• Implement employee engagement and retention initiatives to foster a positive work environment.

• Coordinate training programs and maintain accurate HR reports.

• Identify opportunities for process optimization and provide support for HR systems.

Requirements:

• Professional HR qualification such as PQHRM, CIPM, or equivalent.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in full-cycle HR operations.

• Strong understanding of Sri Lankan labor laws and HR best practices.

• Excellent English communication skills.

• Immediate availability to join is mandatory.
