Job description – Human Resources Officer and Administration
**Position**: Human Resource & Administration Officer
• *Location**: UAE
• *Industry**: System / Panel Integration, Industrial Automation, Electrical & Instrumentation
• *Experience Required**: 5-7 years in a similar role within the UAE
• *Key Responsibilities**:
• *Human Resources**:
– Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviews, onboarding)
– Handle employee documentation, offer letters, visa processing, and contracts
– Maintain and update HR records, attendance, leave tracking, and payroll coordination
– Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies
– Coordinate training, appraisals, and employee development activities
– Support manpower planning and mobilization for project sites
• *Administration**:
– Oversee office administration, facility management, and procurement of supplies
– Manage coordination with PROs for visa, medical, and Emirates ID processes
– Handle company license renewals, insurances, and tenancy contracts
– Organize travel bookings, accommodations, and logistics for staff
– Maintain records for vehicle renewals, asset tracking, and petty cash
– Coordinate with finance for invoicing, expense tracking, and vendor payments
• *Requirements**:
– Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or relevant field
– **5-7 years UAE experience** in HR/Admin in a technical or engineering company (preferably system/panel integrators)
– Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and visa procedures
– Proficient in MS Office, HRMS/ERP software
– Excellent communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills
– Able to join immediately or within short notice is preferred
• *Preferred**:
– Background in companies serving **Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, or Utilities**:
– Experience handling technical manpower mobilization (site technicians, engineers)
