Are you a CRM architect who thrives on turning chaos into clarity? Code Magic is a specialized firm dedicated to building and managing robust AI and software systems that serve as the operational backbone for growing enterprises. We are currently looking for a high-caliber HubSpot Specialist to take on a critical 2–3 month remote contract. If you have the technical prowess to dismantle fragmented workflows and rebuild them into streamlined, high-performance RevOps engines, we want to partner with you to deliver operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Audit existing lead sources, integrations, and API workflows

  • Identify causes of duplicate records, overwrites, and attribution loss

  • Design and implement lead deduplication and source tracking logic

  • Ensure accurate lifecycle stage tracking and pipeline integrity

  • Optimise HubSpot data structure, properties, and automation workflows

  • Improve visibility across the full lead journey and sales funnel

  • Consolidate fragmented systems and recommend architectural improvements

  • Create documentation and best-practice processes for ongoing reliability

Required Experience & Skills

  • Strong experience with HubSpot CRM architecture and automation

  • Proven experience managing multiple lead sources & integrations

  • Experience with API integrations, webhooks, and sync logic

  • Deep understanding of lead attribution & lifecycle tracking

  • Experience solving duplicate contact and data integrity issues

  • Ability to audit, redesign, and optimise CRM workflows

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to communicate technical solutions clearly to non-technical teams

Highly Desirable

  • Experience in RevOps or sales operations environments

  • Experience with tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, or custom integrations

  • Understanding of high-volume lead funnels and performance tracking

  • Experience documenting systems and creating operational playbooks


Master the Architecture of Lead Management

In this project-focused role, you will serve as the lead diagnostician for a high-volume sales organization’s ecosystem. Your mission is to stabilize a complex web of API integrations and automations that are currently suffering from attribution loss and data conflicts. This is a pure systems optimization role where you will design and implement a clean data architecture, ensuring every lead is tracked with 100% accuracy from source to conversion. With a preferred immediate start and a competitive monthly compensation of LKR 200,000 – 300,000, this contract offers the opportunity to showcase your RevOps expertise by transforming a fragmented environment into a reliable, documented, and high-visibility sales engine.
