Job Summary

As our HR Intern, you’ll play a key role in supporting the HR team in daily operations and projects. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment coordination, employer branding, onboarding, and HR administration. Whether you’re considering a career in HR or looking to build your foundation in people operations, this role will offer you practical learning and the chance to work on initiatives that have real impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate interviews by scheduling with candidates and liaising with hiring managers
  • Support and manage an ongoing employer branding project (e.g. social media content, outreach, research)
  • Assist with onboarding and orientation of new hires Handle various HR admin tasks, including documentation, filing, and office-related HR matters Support general HR activities and ad-hoc projects as needed

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business, or related fields
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
