Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Sharjah(Medical center), United Arab Emirates. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for overseeing HR management, implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and handling HR operations. Day-to-day tasks include recruiting, onboarding, handling employee grievances, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws.

Qualifications
• HR Management and handling HR Operations
• Expertise in Employee Relations and implementing HR Policies
• Profound understanding of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the UAE labor market is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,500.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
