The Role: HR Business Partner (Senior Executive)

As a Senior Executive for People and Culture based in Hokandara, you will be the primary architect of our human capital strategy. This on-site role is designed for a strategic thinker who can seamlessly transition into operational execution, from refining workplace culture to ensuring rigorous compliance with local labor regulations. You will serve as a trusted advisor to our leadership team, bridging the gap between high-level company objectives and the daily employee experience. This is an opportunity to own the entire HR lifecycle and drive meaningful improvements in how we attract, develop, and retain world-class talent.

  • Lead end-to-end talent acquisition — including drafting & posting job advertisements, CV/resume screening, interview scheduling & coordination and onboarding.

  • Drive the full performance management cycle including goal setting annual appraisals and feedback processes.

  • Own and drive the complete training & development process from training needs analysis to evaluation of effectiveness.

  • Maintain confidential employee personal files, HR records, and HRIS data with complete accuracy and in full compliance with company policies and Sri Lankan labor laws .

  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and administration of employee benefits.

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

  • Lead the continuous improvement of HR policies and procedure.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Or Human Resources Management

  • Full or Part professional qualification in HRM from a recognized professional body

  • Minimum 4 years of proven experience in overall HR management in both Strategic and Operational functions

  • Knowledge of Labor Laws and HR Compliance in Sri Lanka

  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 package

  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
