Job Overview
Manage and oversee company-provided staff accommodations, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company standards. Coordinate room allocations, move-ins, and move-outs in line with operational requirements. Handle housing-related issues, complaints, and maintenance requests promptly and efficiently. Organize and coordinate staff housing events, orientations, and community engagement activities. Maintain accurate records of housing occupancy, contracts, and related expenses. Liaise with vendors, maintenance teams, and service providers to ensure high-quality facilities management. Conduct regular inspections of housing facilities to ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).2–4 years of experience in hospitality operations, guest services, or housing/facilities management. Proven experience in event planning and coordination. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage multicultural teams and resolve issues diplomatically. Proficiency in MS Office Suite; knowledge of property or facility management systems is an advantage.
