Job description -Hotel Front Office Supervisor
Responsibilities : Oversee the front desk operations and ensure exceptional guest service Supervise and train front desk staff Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently Resolve guest complaints and issues in a timely manner Maintain accurate records and reports Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations Assist in creating schedules for front office staff Monitor inventory of supplies and equipment Requirements : Proven experience as a Front Office Supervisor or similar role in the hospitality industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong leadership and organizational abilities Proficiency in PMS (Property Management System) and MS Office Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures Availability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus Sales and Reservation skills are added advantage.
