Job Summary:

The Home Care Operations & Sales Manager is responsible for maintaining and increasing our vibrant Home Care Division. We currently have a $4 million dollar budget that we want to grow 20% per year for the next four years.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

· Leadership and Culture
• Promote a culture of safety and quality of service for our clients.
• Develop positive relationships with employees, clients and their families.
• Support the team with day to day activities and on-call schedule.
• Education and Experience:
• College degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of home care experience (preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of marketing or sales experience.
• Certifications:
• Valid driver’s license.
• CPR Certification (preferred).
• Skills:
• Strong leadership, time management, and organizational skills.
• Experience with The Resource Exchange (TRE) preferred.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, preferably Sandata.
• Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Bi-lingual is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
