Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Head Kaak Maker Chef to lead our Kaak production team. This role requires a skilled baker with deep expertise in traditional Kaak recipes, dough preparation, and baking techniques. The successful candidate will ensure that all Kaak products are consistent in quality, taste, and presentation, while maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety.
Key Duties
- 
Oversee daily production of Kaak bread and related specialty baked items, ensuring alignment with customer demand and bakery standards.

Develop, refine, and maintain authentic Kaak recipes, while innovating new variations to delight customers.
 - 
Supervise and mentor a team of bakers and assistants in all stages of Kaak preparation, shaping, baking, and presentation.
 - 
Monitor raw material quality and coordinate inventory needs with the storekeeper.
 - 
Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and food safety regulations (Sharjah Municipality / HACCP).
 - 
Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and visual appeal of all Kaak products.
 - 
Manage production costs, control waste, and ensure efficient use of resources.
 - 
Collaborate with management on seasonal promotions or special offerings.
 
Requirements
- 
Minimum 5 years of professional baking experience, specializing in Kaak or Middle Eastern breads.
 - 
Proven ability to lead and manage a bakery production team effectively.
 - 
Strong knowledge of dough fermentation, shaping, and traditional baking techniques.
 - 
Familiarity with UAE food safety regulations.
 - 
Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and peak periods.
 - 
Basic communication skills in English or Arabic.
 - 
Creativity and attention to detail to ensure product quality and consistency.
