Role Description
As a Swimming Coach for our competitive teams, you will:
• Lead and develop high-performance training programs for competitive swimmers.
• Conduct swim instruction and lessons, ensuring safety and proper technique.
• Monitor and assess swimmers’ progress, adjusting programs as needed.
• Mentor and motivate athletes to achieve their full potential.
• Collaborate with management and staff to deliver a successful swimming program.
• Assist with lifeguarding duties when required.
• Job Type : Part Time – Full time
Qualifications
• Minimum 4 years of experience coaching competitive swimming teams.
• Strong swimming skills and expertise in competitive techniques.
• Proven track record in designing and delivering performance-focused training programs.
• Relevant coaching certifications in swimming and aquatics.
• Experience in lifeguarding or aquatics management (certification preferred).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, or related field (preferred).
