Role Summary

This high-impact leadership position is responsible for shaping and executing the Group’s digital and technology strategy. Working closely with the COO and key business leaders, you will drive digital transformation, strengthen core technology capabilities, and embed robust IT infrastructure and security systems throughout the organization to enable sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Define and lead the Group-wide digital and technology strategy aligned with overarching business goals.

• Digital Transformation: Drive innovation across customer journeys, operational workflows, and internal processes.

• Infrastructure & Governance: Oversee IT infrastructure, systems architecture, and technology governance across the entire Group.

• Security & Risk: Ensure the implementation of robust cybersecurity frameworks, data protection protocols, and risk management practices.

• Growth & Innovation: Identify and implement new digital revenue streams, business models, and ecosystem partnerships.

• Product Development: Lead digital platform growth, product development, and the integration of automation and analytics.

• Team Management: Build and lead a high-performing digital and IT team, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making.

• Future Readiness: Stay ahead of emerging technologies and translate them into tangible business value.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 10+ years of professional experience in digital, technology, or transformation leadership roles.

• Transformation Track Record: Proven success in leading enterprise-wide digital or technology transformations.

• Technical Depth: Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems architecture, and cybersecurity frameworks.

• Commercial Acumen: A commercial mindset with the ability to link technology investments directly to business outcomes.

• Specialized Knowledge: Hands-on experience in platform development, data analytics, and process automation.

• Influence: Exceptional ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change across cross-functional teams.

• Context: Prior exposure to multi-business or regional environments is highly advantageous.
